文獻搜尋

聽了佳苓講文獻搜尋的課之後

對於MEDLINE的使用清楚多了

但是自己用起來會發現，設定主題和輸入搜索字彙不太容易

然後等一下要重新打一次T^T 原來15分鐘之後，他就會刪除搜尋歷史
下次要記得先存下來= =


要怎麼知道自己的搜尋策略有沒有效率，或是問題在哪裡呢?

像今天設定的，搜尋出來的結果似乎和所要的不是那麼有關聯

像是想要找中風、認知、評估

找出來的東西可能和評估工具一點關係都沒有

是不是輸入的字彙 或是邏輯順序的問題?

在輸入字彙的時候，會不知道應該設到多細或多廣

像是cognition，應該分成attention, memry等等子項目一個一個搜尋?

將範圍縮小到多少篇再開始過濾?

然後好容易詞窮= =所以要像佳苓建議的那樣，建立自己每個不同主題的字庫吧

文獻搜尋的確是一門大學問!!!
